We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance policies to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest appropriate coverage options
- Educate clients on different insurance products and services
- Provide quotes and assist clients in selecting the best insurance policies for their needs
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
