We are looking to grow our team of Call Center Sales Representatives. In this role, you will join our enthusiastic team in a fast-paced call center environment staffed with licensed Insurance Sales Agents. Upon completion of the PAID training, your chief responsibility will be to effectively identify sales opportunities and close calls to ensure customers are covered for all of there life and health insurance needs. You must have an aptitude for learning quickly and working well independently. If you enjoy talking to people, have great computer and phone skills, and enjoy taking charge of opportunities to make uncapped commissions, this is a great financial opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and Effective use of Outbound Leads lists to close aged Sales opportunities
• Consistent sales performance using established training and development.
• Results and Commission driven
• Effectively overcome objectives to close sales
• Communicates effectively at all times with clients, team members, and management.
• Effectively and professionally answer a high volume of inbound calls.
• Diligently work with Sales Prospects to ensure all life and health insurance needs are met and all eligible products are discussed and offered.
• Ensure data is accurate and entered quickly as needed during calls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
