Producer/Vice President

Our growing insurance services firm seeks an accomplished Insurance Producer/VP to join our team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for bringing and expanding your book of commercial and personal line business while collaborating with leadership to shape the strategic direction of our agency.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage an existing Insurance book of business worth $100K+ in annual revenue

• Prospect new clients and continue expanding your customer base

• Oversee customer relationships and nurture long-term retention

• Develop new business and sales strategies for sustainable growth

• Hire and coach producers and support staff as needed

• Collaborate with leadership on service offerings, marketing, operations

• Help formulate and execute our broader business vision and objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years serving as an Insurance Producer or Agency Principal

• Proven track record of managing a $100K+ book of business

• Deep knowledge of the insurance industry and products

• Strong leadership presence and desire to help shape an organization

• Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable building something new

• Ability to adapt to a quickly evolving agency environment

• Licensed Property & Casualty and Life, Health agent
