As a Licensed Sales Producer, your job is to bring new business in to the agency. This is done by networking, being active on social media, follow up sales, taking care of walk in prospects, calling former and current clients for win backs or cross sales, helping call in prospects and self-prospecting. You will also be in charge of performing insurance reviews with current clients and handling overflow customer service tasks. These include adding or deleting vehicles, adjusting coverage for clients, taking payments and solving client issues in a professional manner. This is a position that consists of being proactive, disciplined, motivated, and having a stellar work ethic. If you do not possess ALL of these characteristics then, please do not apply. Must be licensed in personal lines or property and casualty before working in our agency.
