Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
- Be a team player to help grow the agency
- Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Preferably already have your P&C license
- If not, you must obtain P&C license and appointment within 14 days of hire
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Sales experience a must
- Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license; already possessing a license is a plus
