Responsibilities
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospects and clients.
- Effectively develop and manage relationships with carrier partners.
- Service and retaining an existing book of business.
- Conduct market research and be able to cross-sell..
- Be able to professionally present our products and services.
- Ability to navigate various carrier websites.
Requirements
- P&C License Required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience; independent insurance agency preferred.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow.
- Previous experience in AMS 360
- Knowledge of insurance and brokerage business.
- Computer software knowledge with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel).
