Insurance Partner Training Program

New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
• Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more
• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
• Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
• Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals

• As a candidate for the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll join New York Life as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, which typically take 12 months, you’ll be eligible for promotion to Associate Partner
• In this management role, you’ll begin recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner
• You’ll build and lead your own team with the support of a Fortune 100 company. Our development managers and product consultants will support you in reaching your financial professionals with everything they need to know. NYLIC University, one of the most comprehensive and well-respected Training Programs in the industry, offers a blended learning curriculum designed to meet financial professionals’ needs throughout the various stages of their careers

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation
• Sales experience necessary
• Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience
• Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful
• Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus

• Must live in West Texas- not a remote position
