We are seeking an Office Manager who oversees all administrative operations at our insurance agency. This candidate will implement office policies and filing systems, supervise administrative staff, and screen calls and emails to make sure all claims and customer inquiries are directed to the correct department. This candidate will also maintain a process which will expedite service requests and track our customer inquiries.
Ideally, we would like to onboard someone who possesses the following attributes:
- Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience managing a team and implementing processes.
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, home, flood, property, and business)
- Basic computer knowledge and data base experience (excel)
- Team Player
- Upbeat attitude with good energy
