Insurance Coordinator

_ Major Job Function:_

Primary responsibilities: Assist the TVPX Insurance Specialist in collecting and reviewing aircraft insurance documentation for new transactions, annual renewals, and amendments to the agreements, to confirm compliance with TVPX’s insurance requirements.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

· Insurance Support: Possess or have ability to develop a strong working knowledge of aviation insurance issues and related trust documents to enable you to contribute meaningfully to the insurance review process.

· Internal and External Communications: Interact daily with domestic and foreign clients, advisors and insurance professionals and work constructively with in-house attorneys, management, and other staff to obtain certificates and endorsements that satisfy TVPX’s insurance requirements and to address other time-sensitive insurance issues. All communications with external parties must comply with TVPX’s privacy policies.

· Record Keeping: Ensure that insurance certificates, endorsements, renewal dates and other information are properly stored in the electronic filing system and are current, complete, and meet the company’s data retainage requirements.

· Other: Perform other duties relating to insurance and other matters as required.

_ Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:_

· Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

· 2+ years' experience in an office environment

· Insurance experience a plus

· Aviation related experience a plus

· Bank or financial experience helpful

· A record of successfully providing outstanding customer service

· Proven track record in a client focused environment

· Proven record of delivering completed assignments within company expectations

· Multilingual a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to analyze insurance information to determine compliance with company requirements

· Ability to learn and develop proficiency with other business software

· Strong customer service skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills, both internal and external

· Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities

· Good attention to details and deadlines

· Ability to be flexible and manage priorities

· Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate

· Capacity to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information

· Effective problem solver and dedicated to learning skills needed to perform job

· Ability to work collaboratively and independently when required

TVPX Currently allows hybrid work structure in which employees work remotely or in the office as needed, based on the demands of specific tasks. Working in the office is required during the training phase and for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
