Position Overview: As a B2B Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with businesses seeking advanced Insurance Claims services. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to articulate the value of our solutions, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Insurance Claims services sector.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and pain points.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target businesses.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, highlighting unique benefits and competitive advantages

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the financial, insurance, or related industries
- Strong understanding of Insurance Claims processes and services preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
