Duties:

- Communicate effectively with clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as you may have the opportunity to serve multilingual clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
