Job Duties:
- Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Mentor associates.
- Build outstanding relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of pure outbound insurance sales experience, including dialing out on Internet leads and having outbound call expectations.
- Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
- Must be willing to dial 100+ calls daily– this level activity is required in order to be successful and reach goals!
- Must be willing to work Internet leads and requotes.
- Genuine willingness to learn and to be coached.
- Resourcefulness and high self-motivation.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Bonuses:
