Insurance Agent

Active Life Insurance License Required

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling insurance policies, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of insurance products, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance coverage for each client

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

- Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to process policy applications and claims

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

- Utilize various sales techniques such as telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to generate leads and close sales

- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure their satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field

- Strong knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to insurance administration

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

We are a quickly growing Insurance company currently focusing on life and final expense. We offer a base salary plus commissions.

ALL our current agents are making between $70,000-$120,000, not just our top performers.

Real Leads provided, We are have a great lead program, we create our leads for you!

Our agents average 7 appointments a day with a 40-50% close rate.

We are looking for agents across all time zones.
