Basic Responsibilities:
- Learn the basics of GEICO insurance and how to sell our benefits to potential customers
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Pursue the sale for auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance products
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Market insurance products and services to potential clients through various channels
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Basic Qualifications:
- Competitive spirit and passion to excel
- Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems
- Punctual and dependable to ensure that you are available for our customers
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license through the state of Arkansas. An insurance license is not required to interview, however, the license will be required for employment.
- Sales experience or aptitude preferred

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
