Job Summary:
As an Academic Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic development of secondary school students. You will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address academic challenges, provide personalized assistance, and implement strategies for success. The successful candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to excel academically.

- Previous experience in academic coaching and teaching at the secondary school level.

- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school administrators to provide updates on student progress.
- Organize and conduct workshops on various academic skills and strategies.
- Stay current on educational trends and research to incorporate best practices into coaching strategies.
