Instructional Aide - San Gabriel Area

Duties:

• Providing personalized and compassionate care to individuals with special needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to support students in their educational and developmental goals.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility support.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for individuals with special needs.
• Supporting students in a classroom setting, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with diverse abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to aid in students learning growth.
• Candidates with MA/CNA are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Experience working as an Instructional Aide.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs in an educational or care setting.
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment and techniques for special needs care.
