SalaryVital Nurse Services (“Vital”) is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Instructional Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in San Gabriel, CA. Prior experience working with behavioral challenges is strongly preferred.
Duties:
- Providing personalized and compassionate care to individuals with special needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to support students in their educational and developmental goals.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility support.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for individuals with special needs.
- Supporting students in a classroom setting, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with diverse abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to aid in students learning growth.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a CNA or Instructional Aide.
- Previous experience with Behavior Intervention roles is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs in an educational or care setting.
- Familiarity with adaptive equipment and techniques for special needs care.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
