Instructional Aide $20 Per Hour

We are seeking Instructional Aides to join our team! You will be responsible for helping a cyber student to reach their academic goals as they attend classes from home. This referral is in the Frankford area.

Details:

• Pay rate: $20/hr plus mileage
• Paid membership in the Independent Contractors Benefits Association
• 30 hours per week flexible scheduling within normal school hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to student in their home
• Documentation of progress toward IEP goals
• Assist student in communication with teacher
• Communicate pertinent information to teachers and parents

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or 60+ credits
• Ability to pass educational background checks
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
