Compensation:

Level 1 (Expert) $24.50/hr (FULL Tools Required)

Level 2 (Senior) $22.00/hr (FULL Tools Required)

At Steady Install, you’ll earn more and only work on the projects that work for you.

You also get paid at the end of every day!

Referral Program: You can earn $100-$200 for anyone you refer that completes 2 projects!

Position: Working within a team, Level 1 Installers perform efficient installation and assembly of Office Furniture, millwork and/or racking within the clients' facilities, including systems furniture, case goods, accessories, and wall-hung systems, as well as pallet racking equipment.

Tradesmen with carpentry experience are definitely encouraged to apply!

Using your FULL Tools, often your commercial grade drill, you’ll be installing cubicles, desks, panels, pallet racking and chairs within businesses.

You will be responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks with a high level of quality and workmanship, and perform these duties with a high degree of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

For those that have at least 2 years of direct experience with Office Furniture,millwork or racking installations but aren’t at the expert level yet, you will begin as a Level 2 installer, and you can easily move up to Level 1 (and a higher pay rate) once you demonstrate mastery of the skills!

For those with less than 2 years of direct experience but 2+ years of experience in a different skilled trade, we do have a Level 3 installer option, so still apply!

Requirements:

*Your own Reliable Transportation

*2+ more years of direct experience with Office Furniture, millwork or racking installation projects

*Strong communication skills

*Self-starter, quick learner

*You are punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

*Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb up and down ladders
