Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite Windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time opportunity to become the Installation Manager for Renewal by Andersen. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
What You Do:
• Take detailed measurements of residential Windows and Doors
• Evaluate the condition of existing structure, frames, sash, casing and trim
• Document any environmental or climate concerns, structural issues, or aesthetics
• Compare findings to project specifications, verify order meets customer’s needs and provides an appropriate solution
• Provide written window replacement instruction to the installation crew
• Recognize situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs, and/or code performance and provide alternatives as needed
• Prepare the homeowner for the installation appointment and the next steps in the process
• Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, and thorough in a timely manner
• Keep team members informed of customer interactions and actions taken
• Check-in with the crews every morning to review projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions. Follow-up with previous projects and outstanding items
• Review paperwork from the crew for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Review job costs and final labor
• Check-out with the crews every evening to ensure the crews complete the job at a reasonable time and discuss any pending issues
• Attend customer sites and evaluate the crew performance, job status, and customer satisfaction
• Perform final walk-through and answer questions. Review permit status, stucco or scaffold status
• Creates and maintains a pending list of all new and unfinished projects, all job status needed to be updated in a timely manner
• Create a punch list and review with the customer, submit requests to order additional parts, schedule follow-up service crews, estimate any chargeback as needed
• Ensure final payments are collected, the customer is satisfied, and the customer survey has been reviewed
What You Need:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of similar experience
• Window and door installation experience
• Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
• Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
• Excel at delivering for customers
• Ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly and competently handle one-off situations
Compensation & Benefits:
• $92,000 annually, plus ample bonus structure
