Flooring Installation Manager

Seeking a motivated, career-minded, reliable individual looking for a fast-growing company working primarily in the multi-family and commercial flooring industry, with a fast-paced environment and a phenomenal team. We are a company with a strong vision, company culture and opportunity. Currently at 3 locations, the company is looking to become a $100m plus national player in the next 6 years and needs a great reliable team to do it!

· Flooring experience required - Operations, Quality, Labor, and Customer Service.

· Ensures all jobs are completed daily with high degree of quality management.

· Manage daily load out with Ops Team

· Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments

·Measures and inspections, handle customer escalation and baby sit hot and new accounts.

·Organization of tools and sundry check outs

· Change and update the schedule as needed

· Computer literate

· Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.

· Forklift certified a plus but will train

· Must have clean DMV

· Work Saturday in rotations with other Ops Managers.
