Hours: 7am to 3pm
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inspector will inspect molded and spliced rubber parts, sort parts to eliminate defects, color code, gauge, and place rejected parts/materials in assigned container with necessary paperwork and labels. In addition, the Inspector will complete all necessary work for the department as instructed by the supervisor. It is expected that the person fulfilling the duties of this role will perform tasks, projects, and any other related responsibilities with minimal supervision. In the absence of supervisor and the lead person, the most senior Inspector may be required to assign work. It is expected that the Inspector will demonstrate a team player’s attitude towards their job at all times.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 1 to 3 months related experience (preferred)
- Ability cooperate and communicate effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong attributes in terms of dependability and personal flexibility regarding job commitment and punctuality
- Ability to follow and execute instructions properly
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision or without supervision
EDUCATION
- High School diploma/GED

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
