Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and housekeeping as needed.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the housekeeping operations of the establishment
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
Skills:
- Strong background in hospitality, hotel, or housekeeping management
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
Must have flexible availability, as well as work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
