The Job:

• Phone-Based Position: Engage with clients over the phone, utilizing a simple 3-step process: consult, listen, and provide tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Inside Sales Experience: While preferred, we welcome individuals with a drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong phone communication, coupled with effective listening skills.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance is a plus.

Compensation:
