How you will make an impact
• Supervise the daily operations of the ISRs and OSRs.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the ISR & OSR team to achieve company objectives.
• Formulate innovative promotional and marketing campaigns based on sales and vendor data.
• Analyze sales statistics regularly using monthly and yearly metrics.
• Ensure the recording and fulfillment of daily, weekly, and monthly requirements.
• Assist in gathering information and contribute to the development of job quotes, pricing structures, and competitive bids.
- Three to five years of supervisor experience
- Sales experience, preferably in the construction market
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of Purchasing/Pricing/Margins
- Basic level computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Excel
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or previous experience with
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Strong listening skills, which includes the ability to listen and retain information
- Excellent time management and organization skills, which includes the ability to schedule, prioritize and multitask
- Ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilities until completion
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Must be self-directed, flexible, dedicated, energetic, outgoing, and dependable
