Job Description
This is a position inside our Service department which you will maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Help maintain the call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Ensure quality work that is consistent with our reputation for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service providing tech support preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate in a Windows environment
- Ability to provide customer with paperwork and pricing for repairs in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Service Coordinator , some of your specific duties in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Create detailed dispatch tickets for all service calls.
- Adjust assigned techs daily schedule early and notify customers of changes.
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers
- Maintain customer files in database and update contact and system information when needed.
- Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that customers are experiencing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and coworkers
- Keeping abreast of any technological developments impacting the industry by continued education
