Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in tile and stone products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, provide product information, and assist with selecting the right tiles and stone for their projects.
• Sales Support: Process customer orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to close deals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including outside sales representatives and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically with tile and stone products.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Competitive salary with a pay range of $40,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
