Inside Sales Representative

Aloha Custom Pools of Jackson is one of Tennessee's largest swimming pool company and service providers. We are looking for candidates who identify with the previous listed qualities and are interested in a position within our Inside Sales Representative.

About the Job:

As a Inside Sales Representative with Aloha you are part of the beating pulse of the company! Inside Sales Reps work out of the main office and focus their attention on serving and selling to the client. The main objective of this position is to close deals and make the customer happy! Whether you're selling a client our services or selling them on a specific job…SERVICE to the client is the primary objective.

Core Position Objectives:

• Answer all calls in real time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail
• BE A CLOSER, have a high signup ratio!
• Listen to customer complaints and work with the Service Manager towards a resolution
• Be a Listener, Be Service Minded
• Coordinate with our field staff in a support role
• Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ Years in Inside sales, advanced retail sales, or another applicable sales field
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Tech Savvy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Background in sales and service
• Good job history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
