Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Sell print and digital products to small & medium sized business clients

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities

- work with circulation department to acquire and retain susbscribers

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the media industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Telephone sales experience a plus
