The Sales team plays a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the appropriate solutions at Youturn Health.

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and facilitating the sales process from initial outreach to customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for mental health, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Essential Functions:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify prospects through various channels including inbound leads, marketing lists, outbound calls, and emails, etc.
- Stay up to date on behavioral healthcare and industry-specific news to best meet the needs of prospects.
Consultative Sales
- Engage with prospects and clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of working with Youturn Health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and credibility.
Sales Pipeline Management and Presentations
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Utilize sales management/CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Effectively address client questions and concerns, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Continuously add value and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Work Well with Others
- Collaborate across internal teams to provide a best-in-class experience for customers from sales to execution.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the healthcare or construction industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mental health and substance use challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Salary:
Compensation commensurate with experience
