This individual will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to close. If you enjoy Inside Sales, are seeking an inviting company, culture and thrive in sales, this is the opportunity you are looking for. Successful Advisors are effective in conducting business over the phone with a strong ability to convert warm, INBOUND, leads into repeat clients.
• WARM LEADS ONLY! NO Cold calling although Organized and Consistent Follow Up is Critical!
. Understand client's business financial needs from an in depth phone interview and then match with the appropriate working capital option
• Suggest and negotiate terms of funding deals
• Oversee the entire loan process from initial customer contact to closing of loan
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven ability to learn quickly and be detail oriented
• STRONG PHONE SKILLS
• Self-motivated, highly organized and time management skills a MUST!
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Previous experience in Sales, Business To Business Sales, Banking, Lending is preferred
