This role will place a high priority on outstanding customer service and support. As such, being able to communicate effectively and professionally, while speaking kindly and personably are particularly desirable traits. This position offers a Competitive Commission-Based Pay Structure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate with customers to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
- Ask pertinent questions and pay attention to the answers in order to discover what your customer’s needs are.
- Become an expert on our services and continually stay up to date on industry improvements and changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within your assigned client-base.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or related sales position is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include holding an Oregon Insurance license. Candidates without this license will still be considered, but preference will be given to those who possess it.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Compassionate and service-oriented with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to provide professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
