Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for logistics sales.

Duties:

- Generate new, high-quality sales leads and set up demos of our products

- Meet all key performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)

· Touchpoints: 50+ a day (30 phone calls)

· 4 qualified demos per month

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Present and demonstrate our software products to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM

-Adhere to sales operating procedures

Skills:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
