Inside Sales Representative

Located in Clawson, MI, we are an industrial supply distributor of electrical items - cable ties, electrical terminals, shrink tubing, wire, and other maintenance items. We are relentless about exceeding our customers' expectations with every chance we get - from our customer service to the speed with which we ship orders. With an aggressive growth plan in place, we are looking to hire Inside Sales professionals to help us meet our goals.

Inside Sales/Account Representative - With customers all across the United States and Canada, we are looking for someone that can build and maintain relationships in targeted industries and turn them into lifelong business customers. There is no travel required; phone and email will be the primary methods of communication with customers. No prior product knowledge is required either - we'll teach you the things you need to know.

Responsibilities include:
-Build relationships with customers to become their trusted source for both products and information in our field
-Prospect new customers and identify their needs and their potential
-Introduce new products to customers to grow business

Required skills:
-Strong sales skills
-Phone/Inside Sales experience
-Ability to prospect new customers through phone conversations
-The ability to identify customer needs and match them with our products
-Time management - identify where time should be spent and where effort should be avoided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
