Inside Sales Representative

Eastern Architectural Systems is seeking a motivated, customer service-oriented professional to enhance it's Inside Sales functions and take its customer service to the next level.

In this role, you will assist customers as they purchase window/door products. From the moment you greet customers until their sales have been finalized, you will provide them with superior service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quality customer order support for Eastern customer base.
• Process and review dealer orders and requests and system generated acknowledgements and orders.
• Communicate professionally with Eastern customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
• Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with Outside Sales Representatives, Production personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders/quotes
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for

Specific qualifications include:

• 1-2 years' experience in the window industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Essential Abilities:

• Work independently, at times under pressure
• Sense of urgency; meeting of deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills

Experience Required:

• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience in customer service utilizing and enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Education:

• High School diploma required, some college preferred
