Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls
- Identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of sales assistance
- Introduce products and services when appropriate
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions
- Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- Update CRM to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts
- Hourly pay plus commission program
- Monthly bonus/incentive program with the potential to earn over $1,000 a month
- Sales and Product Training provided

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Telemarketing Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
