Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.
The Position:
As a Care Center Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving in-store sales by leading a team of 5-10 Inside Sales representatives who convert inbound leads (e.g., web traffic, customer calls, etc.) to in-person customer appointments by generating excitement for this pain-relieving solution.
In this role, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on people’s lives by helping connect them to pain-relieving personalized orthotic solutions.

Qualifications and Candidate Background:
The ideal candidate will have:
On-site in Milwaukee, WI is preferred, however, a hybrid or remote set up will be considered for the right candidate. Either way, successful candidates are required to complete a paid two to four-week on-site onboarding/training.
Compensation:
Is composed of base salary + commission with OTE range of $75-95k+ (commission is uncapped).

Primary responsibilities include:
- Train, manage & mentor a team of Inside Sales representatives to maximize their performance, productivity, and sales effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth to assess team and individual performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts
Qualifications and Candidate Background:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a Call Center environment
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate & develop a sales team to achieve targets
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth
