Location: Elkhart, IN
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Pay: $18-20/hr Dependent upon experience
Experience: Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
Responsibilities:
- Walk-In Customer Service:
- Answering product-related questions
- Pulling small orders and assisting walk-in customers
- Inputting orders into the computer system
- Phone Support:
- Handling customer phone calls
- Answering product inquiries and cross-selling over the phone
- Taking orders and providing product information and quotes
- Calling on current customers and leads from trade shows
- Supporting Outside Sales:
- Putting in orders from customers
- Troubleshooting logistics issues
- Filling in for outside salesmen during absences
- Working on price sheets and quotes
- Packing and unpacking trade show materials
- Representing the company at trade shows
- Handling warranty and returned products
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- 3+ years of experience with electrical components
- Background in electrical wholesalers, electrician work, or electrical engineering
- Sales experience in the RV/Cargo manufacturing sector is a plus

Benefits:

Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break
