OVERVIEW
BuildEd, a B2B2C leader in Career Performance Education, is searching for an Inside Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and take on full responsibility for acquiring new business, harnessing the power of our proven educational product with a 94% NPS. This broadly includes 1) calling potential partner organizations from provided lists, 2) completing initial qualification and demo calls, providing follow-up materials, conducting follow-up stakeholder meetings, submitting proposals and contracts, and winning the business. This position works together closely with our sales researchers and the entire Partner Acquisition, Success, and Growth Team. The most qualified applicants will be action-oriented, disciplined, hard-working, curious, and committed to driving outcomes with endless perseverance.
They will also be well organized, comfortable with computers, and ready to pitch in on whatever needs to be done. Perhaps most importantly, they will be people who are excited to make a difference in the lives of others through their work.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
- Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Report daily and weekly activity against
- Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for at least (5) year(s)
- Quantitative verifiable track record of past performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
