SalaryLooking for a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager, for a start-up cannabis sales company. You will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned region. Your role will involve developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and analyze sales data to drive continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication are essential for success in this role. Technical sales experience is a plus. This is a 100% sales (1099) commission position.

Now we are venturing into Sales and marketing. We’re looking for a student who would be interested in Sales and would help support our sales team. This person would at their leisure sell out of their home making cold calls and selling formulations to health care professionals all over New Jersey. This is a 100% commission-based 1099 position. You would get train for free in Business Development/Sales and get educated in cannabis and get paid.
