As a Customer Success Champion, your mission revolves around our valued Objective Connect customers. Your role starts with identifying new organizations ready to embrace our secure file collaboration solution. Once they come on board, it's all about ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations, turning them into lifelong advocates.


A Day In Your Life:
    • Cultivating trusted adviser relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction with our Connect product
    • Building a pipeline of new opportunities, meeting new business sales targets, and spotting sales opportunities within existing and potential customers
    • Harnessing tools like Salesforce and TAS to manage opportunities effectively through the sales cycle.
    • Crafting success plans for customers, outlining critical success factors, metrics, and recommendations for best practices.
    • Prioritizing and resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Collaborating with Account Managers and the Executive team to support customer renewals.
    • Serving as the Voice of the Customer, championing improvements based on feedback.
    • Working cross-functionally to resolve customer pain points and secure customer retention.
    • Gaining deep knowledge about the Objective Connect product and its features.
    • Leading impactful quarterly customer review meetings.
    • Leveraging digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration tools to engage and assist Objective customers.
    • Contributing to continuous process improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You Need To Succeed
    • A solid grasp of information sharing technologies
    • Ability to deliver compelling customer-facing presentations and address technical questions.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and M365 products.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
    • A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to demonstrate product use cases effectively.
    • Proven success in selling technology solutions to the UK Public Sector.
    • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Confidence and assertiveness in addressing customer and internal stakeholder issues.
    • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain quality relationships at all levels.
    • Applying knowledge of industry business drivers and best practices to operations.
