Position Summary:

TheSales & Customer Service Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Associate supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and supporting the Sales & Customer Service team as needed.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time hourly position, at $17.00 an hour (Non-exempt)
  • Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
  • This role participates in our hybrid schedule
    • Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.

Major Duties Include:

  • Demonstrates high energy and ownership toward supporting the Sales & Customer Service team, sales managers and sales reps
  • Communicates any issues to the FOH® team in a timely manner as it relates to assigned orders, including purchase order discrepancies, system failures, etc.
  • Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned orders and helps with other orders as needed
  • Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One
  • Responds to all internal communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours
  • Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
  • Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
  • Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook
  • Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred
