Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Inside Sales Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information, pricing, and availability as needed.
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and managing sales calendars.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team and management on sales performance and trends.
• Assist with sales forecasting, inventory management, and order processing as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, preparing materials, and handling other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
