Best Veterinary Solutions, Inc., has an immediate opening for a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator in the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania area. This position will work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. This position will interact with BVS customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, providing a high level of customer support on all products and services within their territory. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers and works to establish a positive rapport with others.

• 2+ years customer service experience required; 3+ years preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
