Alliance Building Material Supply is looking to add a team oriented professional with strong multitasking and organizational skills to the inside Sales Team.
Full Job Description:
Position Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator will work in conjugation with the sales team, field staff, shipping and production to facilitate accurate and efficient order entry and task coordination. A Sales Coordinator generates work orders and shipping paperwork for jobs based off purchase orders from the builder and “walk-sheets” turned in by field staff.
Essential Functions:
· Communicate between sales, shipping, production and field staff.
· Order entry for doors, trim and hardware.
· Coordinate and manage customer data for sales team.
· Work in conjunction with shipping department to ensure accuracy in shipping paperwork and schedule.
Pay: starting at $15.00 hourly
