What Is This Role All About?

Come and experience a retail job position without working late hours or holidays. The Inside Sales Assistant role consists of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Assisting any customers who call by answering their inquiries, taking sales orders and payments, and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct warm calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
• Foster strong relationships with any current or new clients you work with.
• Work hand in hand with our Sales Representatives to write up in-house and online sales orders, reach and exceed sales goals, and communicate with clients to meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with all clients.
• Take care of walk-in customers by guiding them through the showroom, educating them about our products, and ringing up purchases for them.

What Do You Need To Be Successful Here?

The candidate we choose for this role needs to have:

• Previous experience in a sales role, such as Inside Sales or retail sales within a boutique.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
