A top team in the Attleboro, MA Area is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join their team as an Inside Sales Agent to convert a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. The Inside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

As a dual powerhouse in this role, your primary focus will be on sales prowess. You'll skillfully convert leads into appointments through swift, personalized follow-up, utilizing your sense of urgency to maximize results. In tandem, you'll play a key role in our community-first mission by driving sales-related initiatives such as onboarding new vendors to our VIP card program. Compensation:

  • Expected First Year Earnings: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Evaluate the leads generated to schedule appointments with realtors and field agents promptly, ensuring swift responses and meeting client needs.
  • Identify business opportunities in target regions to expand the client base.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain an updated list of leads, facilitating agents with current information for seamless progression through the listing and closing process.
  • Collaborate with Team Lead to ensure fiduciary service from the initial contact to the listing agreement or buyer consultation.
  • Streamline lead qualification processes, conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to Team Lead efficiently.
  • Facilitate the conversion of sales inquiries into appointments, employing effective scripts to communicate the team's value proposition and address objections.
  • Manage the database to ensure smooth operations and maintain a rigorous lead management system.
  • Stay informed about evolving real estate trends in the local market.
  • Administer and oversee the management of the administrative email account, main office line, and ISA calendar.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the execution of community and client events.
  • Conduct visits to local businesses to identify and cultivate potential vendor partnerships.
  • Provide support to the Team Lead and Executive Operations Administrator by assisting with additional tasks and projects as required.
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Tech-savvy. 
  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell.
  • Determined and not easily intimidated.
  • Willingness to work hard.
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone talking to clients.
  • Extraordinary people skills and relationship builder.
  • Problem-solving skills and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

  • Teachable Team player.
  • Must be able to report to work. This is an in-person position.
  • A real estate license or real estate experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus.
