Dental Sales Represenative
GoldenDent has Dental Sales Representative positions open with EITHER of the following experiences 1) at least (2) two years of B2B sales experience in dental field or outside dental field OR 2) dental hygienists or dental professionals looking to transition into Dental Sales role that have a good understanding of general dentistry terminology and procedures.
Inside Dental Sales Representative will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service calls to current, former, and prospective customers (dental professionals - dentists & hygienists) to achieve various sales and educational objectives determined by management. Responsibilities include developing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at dental practices through outbound, and inbound calls, to meet company sales and marketing objectives.
General Sales & Service Responsibilities
* Complete business-to-business (B2B) outbound sales calls and emails to current, former, and prospective dental professional customers.
* Maximize inbound customer calls by cross-selling and/or up-selling products and educational courses.
* Develop relationships with key contacts and decision-makers through outbound and inbound calls while offering new and existing products.
* Educates key contacts and decision-makers on products and educational opportunities.
* Accurately processes customer orders and/or requests in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
* Ensure accuracy of customer data in the Customer Relations Management (Salesforce CRM) database and properly documents each conversation in the customer account for future reference.
Required Skills/Abilities
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced telephone sales environment making a set number of outbound calls each day.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer service focus.
* Sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation and closing skills.
*Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn dental technical and product information.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient with SalesForce CRM or similar customer database (not required)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Email.
* Willingness to learn and stay updated on dental industry trends.
* Ability to work daily in-office at our office located in Roseville, Michigan
Education and Experience
* Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role within the dental industry.
* At least (2) two years of B2B sales experience with proven ability to close sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and stretch goals
* Will consider dental hygienists or dental professionals looking to transition into Dental Sales role.
Income Estimate
This position is salary plus commissions based. This is not a new position and estimates have been proven with years of data.
Estimate provided by employer $65,000/yr (est.)
The minimum salary range is $45K
The maximum salary range is $100K
