Job Description
This will begin as a part-time job and become a 35-hour-a-week full-time position after 6 months.
The person Hired will begin a 30-hour work week. Office hours are 8-5 with a 1-hour lunch break.
(30 hours a week schedule will be negotiated).
Requirements are a record and exhibiting excellent working relationships with the public and fellow employees and excellentcomputer skills (candidate will need to to master several internal software programs). The candidate will answer phones, enter orders, discuss orders with vendors, handle internal reports and paperwork, and sometimes issue invoices as well as a number of additional duties that don’t occur every day.
Beginning pay is $495.00 for a 30-hour work week.
There will be a 90-day trial period.
After 90 days, the pay increases to $517.50 for a 30-hour week.
After 6 months this becomes a full-time position at 35 hours $612.50 a week. ($31850.00 a year)
We are paid every other week – 26 annual pay periods.
Paid sick days and vacation days are accrued as you work –
After 1 year you have 5 paid sick days and 1 week of paid vacation
From the completion of year 3, you will have 5 paid sick days and two weeks of paid vacation
From the completion of year 5 on you will have 5 paid sick days and three weeks of paid vacation
We have a 401 K program where Infor will contribute dollar for dollar, matching your contribution up to 3% of your salary.
After your initial six months of employment Inform will pay 100% of your Medical Insurance and up to 50% of your dependent's insurance.
Inform will also pay 75% of your dental insurance.
We have optional Colonial Life Insurance also, which you will pay 100% if you choose to participate.
The following days are paid holidays. based on hours – 30 hours will receive ¾ pay and 35 hours 7/8 pay.
