Innovation Portfolio Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Analyst for a 9-month contract with our healthcare client. 100% Remote.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Innovation Portfolio Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the Innovation Portfolio updates, reporting, communications, and meetings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Health Innovation team and coordinate efforts with AI and innovation teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee updates, reporting, communications, and meetings related to the Innovation Portfolio.

• Collaborate with AI and innovation teams to ensure seamless coordination of portfolio updates, communications, and meetings.
• Analyze the Innovation Portfolio for accuracy, completeness, trending, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to Health Innovation leadership based on the analysis.
• Assist the Health Innovation team in developing and executing the innovation strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and track key performance indicators and metrics for the Innovation Portfolio.

• Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate the Innovation Portfolio status, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
• Research and monitor the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, software development, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in healthcare, software development, AI, or innovation is preferred.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $45.00-$58.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with various rate ranges.
